Buttonwood Campground offers family camping at its finest in the beautiful Juniata River Valley of Central Pennsylvania.
One of the region’s newest campgrounds, we feature large, level sites – both back in and pull-thru – with 50-amp electric service, full hookups, and a full range of amenities. Our new Riverside section offers direct river access!
Only thirteen parks have now received “A” ratings three years in a row.
Buttonwood Campground was one of only 32 campgrounds and RV resorts across the country to earn an all around “A” grade in the nation’s third consumer satisfaction survey of independent parks. The 170-site park received an “A” grade in overall guest satisfaction for the year 2010. The park also received an “A” rating in the same survey for 2008 and 2009.
The top parks were announced in Las Vegas, Nevada on December 3, 2010 during an awards ceremony hosted by the National Association of RV Parks and Campgrounds.
