Cowans Gap State Park (Allens Valley, PA)
Cowans Gap State Park located in Allens Valley (Fulton Coutny, PA). This park is very nice, clean, had many trails (with 2 overlooks at the top of the mountain), was pet friendly, had nice electric and water hook up, level sites and nice shelters. We rode our bikes around the lake and rented kayaks for an hour for $8.00 - they also had very good root beer floats! yummy. The website is listed for directions, maps, etc. Has anyone been to Cowans Gap before? http://www.dcnr.state.pa.us/stateparks/parks/cowansgap.aspx
