You know what else is good?! Pancakes and sausage gravy. I've discovered that a lot of people think is weird, but it is a favorite in my hometown. Most people that I have talked to in PA think it sounds gross, but trust me, it's great!

I love sausage gravy so I'm sure I would like it. I might have to try it over Memorial Day as I already have sausage gravy mix and pancake mix already packed.

Really, is there anything that you can't put HOME MADE sausage gravy on? Although biscuits are my favorite target for a ladle full of sausage gravy, pancakes aren't far behind on my list.
