Years ago when we started camping we really roughed it, tents, cooking everything over a fire, etc

As we have moved into camping with our trailer, I have found that the gadgets we have for camping have exploded!

Yeah we've got some of the basics

The Tri Pod Hanging grill:

The "Amish" grill

The Dutch Oven

I thought we were getting 'fancy' when we got:
The Charcoal Chimney:

But now we've got
The soda stream:

The Margarita Machine

Anyone else want to share their campground cooking gadgets??

I know I want to try the soda stream but am too afraid to buy it and it all tasting like crap. I know that it would defiantly save on space and wait compared to hauling cases of soda for each trip.

The soda stream sodas actually taste really good - I was majorly concerned about that. It gives us the ability to have more of a variety of drinks when we travels, saves space. And the sodastream sodas have less calories then regular soda!

So while on the soda stream subject, how long do the carbonation cartridges last?

Really need to get my blogs back up to date

The carbonation cartridges make about 60 liters.

No, the machine is not sticky, you add the syrup to the water after it is carbonated, so you are only putting water in the machine while it is carbonating.

My pleasure - keep your eyes open because they go on sale all the time, definitely not something you need to pay full price for.
