We are getting geared up for an 8 night trip to Otter Lake.

roasting

But I am getting nervous about getting enough food for 4 with the small fridge and freezer in the camper.

We will be off the campground at least 1 day (going to Camelbeach!)

Anyone have any tips for non-refridgerated camping food? I don't want to be eating spaghetti multiple times LOL

You can always stop at the store while you are out.
With our trips being longer this year, we are trying different stuff, but everything we make is refrigerated stuff. Except for potatoes and stuff like that.
Tuna or crab melts in the pie iron. That comes in cans.

There is a supermarket in Marshal's Creek.I think it's about 20 min. from Otter Lake.Dry beef gravey on toast, tuna noodle casarol, spam, baked with a honey-mustard glaze or fried, kraft mac and cheese, canned corned beef are some of the stuff we use.

There is another supermarket just at the intersection at 402 and 209. And, about 2 months ago, just north on 209 they were building another supermarket, along with lots of other stuff. Guess the new roads are bringing in new businesses.

Oh I didn't realize there were grocery stores that close, when we went up there and toured we must have chose the roads without the stores :-D

I know what it's like to not be able to get into the campground you want - good luck HappyCamper2 - maybe you'll luck out and get one while we are there :-D
