My husband and I purchased an 2010 399 BHS this year. We purchased our unit from Stone's Camping World in New Jersey. We had a lot of changes done to our unit. We were pleasantly surprised that we got all the new features (except the kitchen island). In the bunkhouse we had the 1/2 bath bi fold door changed into a solid door, the desk, we had them make a little shorter and put doors and a shelf inside, take off the trim on the wall, left open to put a larger TV in. In the master bedroom we had a solid door put in, instead of the accordian door. We also had the slide out covers put on, an additional air conditioner with the heater. We wanted the jack knife sofas in the bunk house instead of those pull out cushions. We had them take off the trim around the sofa. We love it so much better with out, less is more. We are taking the camper out for the first time this weekend, up at Spring Gulch. We picked up our camper on March 12th...we ordered it on October 20th. I highly recommend Open Range...I contacted the company directly and always had a response within hours. I have personally met Randy at the Hershey RV show in September. Emailed his wife, numerous times. Hope to see more Open Rangers' out there!!!

I dont think there is many better out there

I really liked the 399 BHS but hated the layout in the bunk area as well...

I would love to see yours, maybe sometime we will get a chance to camp together somewhere !
