I know a little on this subject.
Make sure you have plenty of diaper's wipes, diaper rash oinment baby tylenol,Once the little one starts getting teeth you will need some type of teething medicine .Another item that is very important a high spf sun block extra baby food Formula extra clothes a play pen is always a good thing. Then as the little on gets older you will have the toys that have to go to keep them occupied.Another important item is get your some silverdene cream for burns just incase the as the little one starts walking and gets to close to something hot like grill.

Its all fun and games then crasher gets a site beside you

The one item that we now take with us everywhere including camping is Benadryl. You never know what your little one may encounter while camping that they may have an allergic reaction to.
A good hat that covers their ears and shades the face is also a good idea.
Be sure to think of sleeping arangements for your kids that still sleep in a crib at home. The extra space that a crib takes up is not always available in most tents, pop-ups, and TT.

Really good advice so far...

Wildflower and I also registered (for her shower) for mosquito netting for over the stroller, play pen, etc...

I think it was a good idea, dont want any bug bites or bee stings making an extra grumpy baby

Another thing not to forget is Binkys always have a few spares we always had at least 2 extra in the camper a couple in thye vehical Just in case one goes mia. Also make sure that you have bottled water for making bottles that way you know that the water you are using is safer then what you get from the campground

Congratulations on having a baby!! This question brings back memories. Today 5/12/10 is my daughters 6th birthday. Her first camping trip was Memorial weekend in 2004.We had a Coleman Niagara Elite popup. Certain family members thought we were crazy, but the doctor said it was fine. It just so happens her second camping trip was on the 4th of July weekend that same season. That is when she started sleeping the whole night without waking up. That was a good camping trip!!

We came up with a decent sized basket for a first aid kit- it includes everything from anti itch cream to tums to extra glasses for both the kids and an eyeglass repair kit!
I thought I was being over zealous- but our first camping trip- guess what we needed? the Eye glass kit to fix my youngest sunglassed- he is day blind - and would never be able to have enjoyed the trip without the sunglasses- we would have had to leave early!
