Thin and "crunchy" or THICK, crisp on the outside and "mushy" on the inside?

Also, what do YOU put on scrapple?

How does the smoke always know where I am sitting at the campfire?

1/2" thick, fully cook crisp on one side then flip over to cook crisp on that side.

I like it on a bun dry, or with eggs wy wife likes syrup on it. but that takes away the flaver and its to sweet.

Like mine crispy on the outside, mushy in the middle. It's hard to find a good store bought scrapple. I have gotten scrapple from some home butchering's that has been much better then store bought.

Crispy out, mushy in. Ketchup of course. My uncle used to make the best. Old Pa Dutchman of course. He is long gone now. Andre's in Oley,Pa makes some pretty good stuff.
