Hey everyone..our family camped at LRR last summer. We like our sites as private as possible and would rather drive/walk to campground amenities if that's what it takes. If this describes you, I strongly suggest the Walnut Loop of the campground. We had site 244, which was actually bi-level, with the fire ring lower than the site and very very private. (In fact that whole loop has a state park feel to it). No sewer service, but they do have a sewer pump out service available. We went during the week, so not sure how weekends go, but wow....I really miss that site/area!! The pool was ridiculously small for a resort BUT the waterslides and great mini golf (be sure to go from 3-6pm and get a substantial price break) were wonderful!! Swimming at the Seven Points marina a few miles away was the best lake swimming EVER. Highly highly recommend.
MY APOLOGIES.. this was a review for Lake Raystown Resort and Conference Center...if I posted for the wrong campground...blame in on the "newbiness"!!

Sounds like a place to try. Never camped there.
