Fat Corn on the coals - 06/30/13 05:28 PM
This is my variation of bacon corn on the cob.
Ingredients:
Corn on the cob, cleaned
bacon
brown sugar
butter
What you need:
Butter flavored PAM
Aluminum foil
Hot campfire coals
Butter cold raw corn on the cob, roll each ear in brown sugar, wrap 1 piece of bacon around corn cob. If it is a large cob, you might need two pieces. Wrap each corn cob individually and lay in hot coals for about 20-30 minutes or until bacon and brown sugar are carmelized.
